What is a good ATS score?+
Aim for 85 or more for the job you're applying to - that's when we mark a resume ready to send. Below that, the report lists the fixes worth the most points first - usually missing required skills, results without numbers, or missing sections.
Does it work with LinkedIn, Indeed and company career sites?+
The checks cover what applicant tracking systems in general look for, so the advice applies whether you apply through a job portal, a company careers page or email. Every employer configures its system differently, so no one can honestly guarantee a pass.
Which file types can I upload?+
PDF and Word (.docx) files up to 5 MB. Scanned images can't be read by ATS software either - if your resume is a scan, build a fresh one in the editor instead.
Is my resume stored?+
